With Adele, your dedicated community manager supporting, here’s a step-by-step guide to how it works:

  1. Identification of Supporting Teams/Units:

    • Firstly Adele will collaborate with our admissions/recruitment lead team to identify support units that we would like to include - Generally these units cover student advice, wellbeing, fees, accommodation, academic skills, careers, student life services, and more.

  2. Engagement with Team Leads:

    • Your dedicated community manager, Adele then liaises with the identified members of each unit to facilitate seamless onboarding and provide ongoing support and training. (this can include a team training session where necessary)

  3. Creation of Team Pages within the Community App:

    • Each team is set up with a dedicated page within your university community app, showcasing team members, locations, community groups, and social media links. (teams can customise their team pages with additional information for students)

  4. Scheduling of Transition Events:

    • Teams organize tailored applicant engagement events such as live chats, virtual sessions, and in-person events, adaptable to student needs and preferences.

  5. Accessing Resources and Events:

    • Your applicants and new students conveniently access resources and events via their centralised university community app - service is then equipped with guides, live events, push announcements and reminders to stay informed and engaged through the transition and settling in phase.

  6. Develop your own ‘Student Support Roadmap’

    • We work with you to leverage community intelligence to identify relevant units at different stages of the student journey, creating a ‘student support Roadmap (Examples available if helpful).

  7. Continuous Refinement of your support roadmap

    • Your student support roadmap is refined throughout pre-enrollment, commencement of study, and into the first term to optimize support and boost student engagement and progression.

  8. Formation of niche Community Groups:

    • We work with you to identify and support the creation of niche-community groups based on event participation, enhancing community cohesion and support (e.g. Parents and care leavers group, commuters, etc)
