CampusConnect partners with admissions specialist Amy Duckworth to expand offerings for business schools

CampusConnect is delighted to announce a new strategic partnership with business school admissions specialist Amy Duckworth. Amy joins as our Business School Success Manager, working closely with our growing list of partner schools. This exciting collaboration reflects our commitment to helping business schools unlock greater value from their most important assets—their people: candidates, staff, and wider global alumni and stakeholder communities.

Amy brings extensive sector experience, having served as the former Director of Admissions at Imperial College Business School and Head of Recruitment and Admissions at Cambridge Judge Business School. Earlier this year, she founded Empower Admissions Consulting, a company that offers specialised consulting services for business schools and applicants.  In her new role as Business School Success Manager, Amy will work directly with each partner school to onboard teams and streamline processes, tailoring each community to support key functions such as admissions, careers, and alumni relations. Our goal is to build a lifelong community service that becomes a central resource for the full candidate to alumni journey—from recruitment through to ongoing support and engagement.

Amy’s role will involve leading on community conversion and onboarding strategies, helping to ensure candidates feel supported and engaged throughout their journey.
