Want to become a CampusConnect Ambassador?

Going to university or college is a big deal and the process can feel overwhelming, particularly the days and weeks leading up to welcome week.

Our goal at CampusConnect is to better support students before they ever set foot on campus.

By building up a network of friends before starting we can help incoming students to feel more comfortable, to make better decisions, to be much better prepared, and importantly to fell less isolated.

To do this, we need your help and expertise!

We are looking for CampusConnect ambassadors to support the next group of incoming students starting in 2020.

It’s a very straightforward role and one that makes a huge difference to a new student’s experience.

It involves;

• Welcoming new students as and when they join the CampusConnect network.

• Posting responses to new student questions & queries

• Posting updates, tips, advice etc. in the public group areas.

• Liaising with CampusConnect and your university point of contact

• Attending an introductory workshop.

Becoming a CampusConnect ambassador will benefit you too!  

The programme will provide you with; 

• Work experience of writing digital content, contributing to a wide readership in live app context and working in a digital media environment, all of which are attractive to potential employers.
